PennDOT has released a list of roads shut down due to weather conditions.

Bradford County

SR 6 in Troy Township from SR 14 to SR 3032 (Mud Creek Road), WESTBOUND OPEN, EASTBOUND detoured using Elms Road

**SR 187 in Orwell Township, bridge out one-quarter mile north of Orwell Hill Road or about two miles north of Rome (detour - Orwell Hill Road, Sugar Cabin Road and Leraysville Road)

**SR 187 in Windham Township from SR 1049 to the New York state line, bridge closed about one-half mile south of the state line

SR 414 from SR 3013 (Grange Road) in Franklin Township to Main Street in Monroeton (detour - SRs 14, 6, 220)

**SR 467 in Orwell Township, from Potterville Road to Chubbuck Road, bridge closed just east of Gulf Road or one mile south of Potterville (detour - C C Allis Road)

**SR 1026 (East Road/Neath Road) in Pike Township from Williams Street to Upham Road, bridge out of service

**SR 1029 (Lake Hill Road) from SR 1046 (Bumpville Road) in Rome Township to North Rome Road in Litchfield Township, bridge closed in Sheshequin Township about one mile north of North Rome (detour - Rome Road, Sportsmans Road, North Rome Road, Hill Road, Cotton Hollow Road)

SR 1051 (Gulf Road) from Orwell Hill Road in Orwell Township to Leraysville Road in Warren Township

**SR 1055 (Battle Creek Road) from SR 187 at Rome to Cotton Hollow Road, two bridges are out of service - one just north of Harrington Road and one about one-half mile south of the other

Luzerne County 

SR 29 there is a lane restriction on Red Barn Rd in Jackson to the intersection of Hartman Rd in Lehman monitored by a controlled stop sign

SR 92 there is a single lane restriction on SR 92 between the intersections of Oberdorfer Rd to the intersection of Apple Tree Road in Exeter monitored by a controlled stop sign.

SR 1021 (Eighth Street) is closed between Shoemaker Ave and Carverton Road in West Wyoming. 

SR 1029 (Manor Dr/Dug Rd/North St) is closed in both directions between Terrace Ave and Carverton Road in Kingston

SR 1047 (Lake Street) is closed in both directions between T1016/30 and Kunkle Road in Dallas

SR 1054 (Evans ST) is closed in both direction between the intersection of Union St/ Ramp: PA-309/ Union St Luzerne due to long term construction project 

SR 2002 (Main Street/Sans Souci) East has a lane restriction between T860 and St. Mary’s Road in Hanover

SR 2041 (Towanda Street/Middleburg Road) is closed in both directions between Berwick Street/Towanda Street in White Haven and Hazle Street in White Haven

SR 3015 is closed in both directions between Zenith Road and Broad Street in Nescopeck

SR 4004 (West Butler/Shickshinney Valley Road) is closed in both directions at the intersection of Saw Mill Road in Salem Township

SR 4005 (Reyburn RD/ Cragle Hill Rd) is closed in both directions between the intersection of Main Rd in Hunlock to the intersection of SR 4012 SH in Union as precautions

SR 4013 (Mossville RD) Fairmont Township is closed in both directions at the intersection of Bethel Hill Rd in Fairmount to the intersection of 118 (PA-118) SR 118 SH in Fairmount

SR 4015(Bethel Hill Rd) is still closed between the intersection of Johnston Rd/+ Talcott Hill Rd in Fairmont to the intersection of SR 118 SH in Fairmont. It is open only to local residents

SR 4024 (Talcott Hill Road) (Ross Township) is closed from the intersection with SR 4015 (Bethel Hill Road) to the intersection with SR 4021 (Broadway Road)

Additional Note:  LONG TERM CLOSURE IN LUZERNE (not flood related)

SR 29: The lane restriction is still in place on the South Cross Valley (John S. Fine) near Exit 3.  This is a long-term construction project with 2 ramp closures.  This restriction is not related to the recent flooding.

SR 87 from SR 973 at Loyalsockville to SR 3005 (Ogdonia Road) in Sullivan County, open to local traffic only while emergency repairs continue

SR 87 from SR 3005 (Ogdonia Road) to SR 973 at Loyalsockville in Lycoming County, emergency repairs continue in this section -bridges impacted in Hillsgrove Township

SR 154 from SR 87 at Forksville Borough to SR 3009 (Worlds End Road) inForks Township

SR 487 in Colley Township from Main Street to Pidgeon Road (bridge out at Lopez) (detour - SRs 118, 42, 220, 87)

SR 2002 (Nordmont Road) in Davidson Township, between Longbrook Road and Brown Hill Road

SR 2008 (Christian Camp Road) from both intersections with Hunters Road in Laporte and Davidson townships

Susquehanna County

SR 2006 (Mack Rd) is closed in both directions between SR 2015 and SR 2013 in Brooklyn

SR 267 (PA-267) is closed in both directions between the intersection of SR 4015 SH in Rush to the intersection of Turnpike St in Forest Lake due to bridge deck replacement. This is a long-term bridge closure. Anticipated opening is November 2011 (not flood related)

 SR 858 is closed in both directions between SR 706 in Rush Township and SR 4017 in Middletown

Union County

SR 1001 (Johnson Mill Road) in Buffalo Township, from SR 192 to Col. John Kelly Road

Wayne County

SR 1031 is closed in both directions between Conklin Hill Road and Swago Road in Damascus.  This is a long-term bridge closure.  Anticipated opening, April 2012.

SR 4009 (Dug Road) is closed in both directions between SR 191 and Ash Street

Wyoming County 

SR 29 there is a daytime single lane restriction in both directions between Beaver Street in Noxen and Bigelow Street in Monroe Township as needed. Both lanes are open for overnight travel

SR 29 is closed in both directions between Maple Street and Tannery Street in Noxen due to a bridge closure. Temporary bridge should be paved by September 26, 2011 and open to traffic

SR 92 is closed in both directions between Whites Ferry Road in Falls and Lane Hill Road in Tunkhannock

SR 309 is closed in both directions between Hadsall Lane and Township road in Monroe Township due to a sinkhole. Follow posted detour

SR 309 closed in Monroe Township near Beaumont because of another washout. Detour signs are in place

SR 2007 (Keelersburg Rd) is closed in both directions between Creamery Rd in Northmoreland and SR 29 in Eaton

SR 3001 is closed in both directions between SR 87 and Gameland Parking Area in Forkston.  This is a long-term closure

SR 3002 is closed in both directions between Sorber Mountain Road and Main Street/School Street in Noxen.  This is a long-term closure

SR 3003 (Sugar Hollow RD) is closed in both directions between the intersection of Sheehan Rd/+ Grist Flat Rd in Mehoopany to the intersection of 87 (PA-087) SR 0087 SH in Mehoopany.

SR 3005 (Eaton Road) has a lane restriction in both directions between SR 29 and Private Drive in Eaton 

SR 4002 is closed in both directions between Shady Lane and Scottsville Road in Mehoopany
