Woman Pleads Guilty to Theft Charge | News
A former secretary treasurer in Wayne County pleaded guilty Thursday to theft charges.
Police said Joann Kelley, 52, of Lake Ariel stole nearly $80,000 from Paupack Township over an eight year period. She faces up to 12 years in prison.
A judge ruled Kelley must also play back $78,000 of the money she stole.
